Harnessing biomedical data beyond computational boundaries
We create algorithmic solutions to tackle a variety of computational challenges introduced by the large-scale, heterogeneous, and private aspects of genomic and health-related data
RESEARCH AREAS
Biomedical Data Privacy
How can we share and analyze sensitive data with privacy, and better understand the risks of modern data sharing practices?
Single-Cell Genomics
How can we engineer scalable and integrative tools that offer new ways to explore the growing collection of single-cell omics data?
Network Biology
How can we harness the wealth of knowledge embedded in molecular interaction networks to empower biomedical research?
