We received a NIH U01 grant to develop population-scale, privacy-preserving computational tools for pangenome research.

Our PhD student, William Hu, co-advised by Katerina Sotiraki, has received the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. Congratulations to William on this achievement!

We’re affiliated with Yale’s new Human Genome Sciences (HGS) track in the Biological & Biomedical Sciences PhD Program. Hoon serves as the Director of Graduate Admissions for HGS.

We received a NSF grant as part of the Privacy-Preserving Data Sharing in Practice (PDaSP) program to build secure technologies for genome imputation and analytics services.
