We are now part of the Department of Biomedical Informatics & Data Science (BIDS), which was previously designated as a Section at Yale School of Medicine.

Hoon joined the faculty of Yale’s interdepartmental PhD program in Computational Biology and Biomedical Informatics (CBB). A masters degree (MS) program is also offered (see here). Talented students are encouraged to apply!
As part of a collaborative team comprising members from the Broad Institute, MIT, Tune Insight, and Yale, we participated in the iDASH Secure Genome Analysis Competition and won 2nd place in Track 1: Secure Relative Detection.
